Shania has a small mention in the March 2006 issue of Redbook Magazine,  recalling her most embarrassing moment, which nicely reflects her humble, self-deprecating personality. "I was performing on a stage that had a rotating platform, and when I stepped off of it onto solid ground, I fell right on my butt! To make matters worse, the audience got to see it happening larger than life on the Jumbotron screen! I got up, brushed myself off, and asked, 'Did you all catch that?' She then had the stage technicians replay the scene for anyone who missed it." - Shania Twain. For those who have never seen Shania in concert, she and her band are extremely active and athletic on stage, and most have had their share of what they jokingly refer to as "fabulous falls."

Billboard Magazine is reporting that Zomba Music Publishing landed an exclusive worldwide administration agreement with Shania Twain through her company Loon Echo. The deal covers Shania's future compositions as well as her complete back catalog with such hits as “You’re Still the One” (No. 2, Billboard Hot 100, May 1998; No. 1 Hot Country Singles & Tracks, May 1998), “Man! Man! I Feel Like A Woman is Shania's third single to be certified gold, for legally downloaded songs. Gold is equal to 100,000 downloads. The other two songs are Party For Two, and Forever and For Always.

Shania won the "Chart Topper" award at the Canadian Radio Music Award ceremony in Toronto. Shania lost out on the Fan's Choice Award.

0603.02-4th Annual STC Fan Convention [STC]:

The 4th Annual Fan Convention has been announced on the Shania Twain Centre website. The convention will run from August 10th to August 13th. As with last year, there will be a bus trip from Toronto to Timmins with a stop at Deerhurst Resort to see a show the day before the convention starts. After the convention on August 14th you can take the bus back to Toronto. Check out the details on the Shania Twain Centre website.
